Most of tape roll/drums for blinds are made of plastic. With the excessive heat & cold at windows over years, these drums get brittled, cracked, and broke. Causing your ladder cords to fell off. In turn causing your blinds to be inoperable. You can't raise it, you can't tilt it. You miss your views...
Well, that's why you go online & find us! :-) Replacing the drums & drum support is a bit complicated as it likely requires removing the tilter and sometimes restring.
