- 10 ft 2.2mm Natural Color Pulling Cord (outer cord)

If your shade cannot lift easily OR lopsided, OR stuck, then most likely the inner lift cords (0.9mm string) or cord lock are broken, consider Inside Restring Kit 1544 (sold separately)
