INSTRUCTIONS:
- Remove the cosmetic end cap
- Remove the 4 small screws (attach the ultraglide assy to the headrail)
- Pull out the broken unit from roller and replace with the new ultraglide assy
- Put the 4 screws back & reattach the end cap
- Reconnect the Pulling Cord Assy
Pulling Cord Assy includeClear Football Shape lower connector, 30" pull cord, tassel. The LOWER part with a unique football shape clicks into the upper part of the clutch. This lower connector holds the pulling cord (that you pull to lower/raise shade). These connector & pulling cord comes with your original shade. Since your ultraglide assembly unit is broken now (that's why you are shopping for parts on our site), there's a high chance the lower connector & pulling cord is ...missing/broken. If you can't find them, please purchase them now to save on shipping later. We just sincerely want to you have what's important to finish your repair.
