NOTE: There's a Clear Connector, LOWER part, that clicks into the upper part of the clutch. This lower connector holds the pulling cord (that you pull to lower/raise shade). These connector & pulling cord comes with your original shade. Since your ultraglide assembly unit is broken now (that's why you are shopping for parts on our site), there's a high chance the lower connector & pulling cord is ...missing or broken too. We can provide this lower connector piece as a courtesy. TIP: There's older version of this Ultraglide Retractable Clutch assy (part 6001 left and 6002 right). The clear end caps of the 2 version are almost identical, so it'll likely fit your existing headrail. The cord pulling area of the updated version looks bigger than the older version. So if you have to buy the newer version (since the old version is discontinued), the cord pulling area may need adjustments to fit.
